Section 01

Browsing the Gallery

Visit the Gallery
Click 'Gallery' in the top menu to see all available artworks. You can browse freely without creating an account.

Filter by Collection
Use the collection filters at the top of the gallery to narrow down by style: Abstract, Watercolor, or Pastel.

Open an Artwork
Click on any painting to see its full details: title, medium, dimensions, year, price, and the story behind the work.

Change Language
Click the globe icon (🌐) in the top right corner to switch between English, فارسی, and Türkçe.

Using the Visualizer

What is the Visualizer?

The Visualizer is an interactive tool on each painting's page that lets you preview the artwork with different frames, in real room settings, and zoom into fine details — before you buy.

Frame Styles
Choose from 6 frame styles: None, Gold Ornate, Silver, Black Float, Walnut, Gallery White, and Gold Float. Click any frame thumbnail to instantly preview how the artwork looks framed.

Place in a Room
Click the 'In a Room' tab. Choose a room type (Living Room, Office, Bedroom, Dining Room). Drag the painting to reposition it on the wall. Use the corner handle to resize — the tool will calculate the exact print size in centimeters.

Detail View (Zoom)
Click the 'Detail View' tab. Move your cursor over the left image to zoom into fine brushwork and textures at 4x magnification.

Tip: Use the 'Auto-fit' button in the Room view to automatically center the painting at the ideal wall position.

Choose Your Ownership Type
On the painting page, select either 'Digital Rights' or 'Physical Painting', then click 'Purchase Now'.

Create a Free Account
If you don't have an account, you'll be directed to the registration page. Registration is free and takes under a minute.

Complete Payment
You'll be redirected to our secure payment page. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and bank transfers.

Receive Confirmation
After payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with your download link and Certificate of Authenticity.
🔒 Payment Security

For physical painting purchases, your payment is held in escrow and only released after you confirm receipt.

Download & Print

Download Your File
After purchase, go to 'My Collection' in the top menu. Click 'Download High-Res File'. The file is 300 DPI — fully print-ready.

Choose Your Print Size
Use the Room Visualizer to test different print sizes. The tool shows real-time print quality based on size.

Certificate of Authenticity

Access Your Certificate
After purchase, go to 'My Collection' and click '📜 Certificate'. Your certificate includes artwork details, your name, and a unique serial number.

Print Your Certificate
Click 'Print Certificate'. For best results, choose landscape orientation and 'Save as PDF' to keep a digital copy.

Verify Certificate Authenticity
Scan the QR code on your certificate, or visit gallery.digvera.com/verify and enter the serial number.

Each painting is wrapped in acid-free tissue and shipped with insurance in protective packaging.

We ship to all countries. Delivery typically takes 5–14 business days.

Payment held until delivery confirmed. Full replacement if damaged on arrival.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your artwork is shipped.
14-Day Return Policy

Physical artworks can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact contact@digvera.com to initiate a return.

Can I browse without creating an account? ▾

Yes! You can browse all artworks, use the Visualizer, and read stories without any account. An account is only required when you decide to purchase.

Is each painting truly unique? ▾

Yes. Every artwork in this collection is a one-of-a-kind original, hand-painted by Zahra Moghaddasi. When a physical painting is sold, it is marked as sold and cannot be purchased again.

Can I print multiple copies with the Digital Rights? ▾

The Digital Rights license allows you to print up to 3 copies for personal use. You also have the right to resell the digital license to one other person.

How do I contact the artist? ▾

Visit the Contact page and fill in the form, or email directly at contact@digvera.com. We respond within 24 hours.

What if my download link expires? ▾

Your download link is always accessible from 'My Collection' in the menu — it never expires as long as you have an account.

Can I make an offer on a painting? ▾

Yes! Click 'Make an Offer' on any painting page and you'll be directed to our contact form. We'll get back to you within 24 hours.
