Refund Policy

1. Digital Purchases

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital rights are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it promptly.

2. Physical Artwork — 14-Day Return Policy

We accept returns of physical artworks within 14 days of confirmed delivery, under the following conditions:

• The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• The artwork must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.
• You must notify us at contact@digvera.com before returning the item.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• We recommend using insured and tracked shipping for returns.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your physical artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please:

• Photograph the damage immediately upon receipt.
• Contact us within 48 hours at contact@digvera.com.
• We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Escrow Protection

For physical artwork purchases, payment is held in escrow and only released to the seller after you confirm receipt and satisfaction. This provides an additional layer of protection for your purchase.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the artwork has not yet been shipped. After shipping has commenced, the standard return policy applies.
