By accessing or using gallery.digvera.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. About the Site

gallery.digvera.com is an online art gallery operated by Digvera, showcasing and selling original artworks by Zahra Moghaddasi. We offer both digital rights and physical painting purchases.

3. Purchases

All purchases made through the Site are subject to the following conditions:

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be completed before any digital files are delivered or physical artwork is shipped.
• Physical artworks are one-of-a-kind originals. Once sold, they cannot be replicated or resold by us.

4. Digital Rights

When purchasing digital rights to an artwork:

• You receive a high-resolution file (300 DPI) for personal and limited commercial use.
• You may print up to 3 copies for personal use.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sublicense the file beyond the terms stated at purchase.
• Ownership of the original copyright remains with the artist, Zahra Moghaddasi.

5. Physical Artwork

When purchasing a physical painting:

• You receive the original hand-painted artwork along with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
• Shipping is handled with care and insurance. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
• Digital rights to the artwork are included with the physical purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, text, and content on this Site are the intellectual property of Zahra Moghaddasi or Digvera. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from this Site without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

7. User Accounts

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, gallery.digvera.com and Digvera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
